Tricia the store manager was very easy to talk to and work with. Despite a bad customer previously she handled herself professionally and communicated very easily with me.

The Application is very simple to use and doesn’t require much effort. There App walks you through buying process. I was called within minutes after buying the storage unit and all my questions were answered.

I've been using this storage for about less than a year now and let me tell you when it comes to customer service this team really knows what they are doing. I forgot her name but I remember that she is the building manager at this location and it starts with a T. But she made our experience here so great and she was able to help me get a cheaper monthly pricing on my unit. She was quick and even helped us while she was on her lunch break. (Thank you again and I am sorry for bugging you!) Would highly recommend this storage unit if you're looking in the Temecula area!
