Moved in on "Internet Deal" and hopping my rate doesn't increase too much....

My wife and I showed up to the North River road facility in Oceanside this morning and met Dee. She was so knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Within 5 minutes we were on an electric cart and off to inspect our new 10x10 storage unit. Dee was able to get us one with easy access, just the way we wanted and it was clean and in good repair. The entire facility was immaculate and instilled confidence our belongings would be safe and secure. Dee finished our paperwork in no time and our business was concluded. I can't say enough how impressed I was with Dee. She was cheerful, welcoming and knowledgeable. She is a real breath of fresh air and made everything so easy and quick. Great Job!!!!

The manager was extremely helpful, professional, and on point. The facility is clean and organized. I know my storage unit and items are in good hands.

We,Ve had a unit at Extra space storage for over 3 yrs and whenever I've had any problem or concern, Dee is very nice, gets things done fast, and has a kind ?? heart, I'm glad the person we have to deal with is easy to work with and listens to our concerns.

Always very easy to work with. We have had a total of 3 lockers and two RV spaces over the years and they have been very helpful. The only negative is the cost. It is a little pricey but so is everything over the last 3 years.
