What is a ground floor or first floor storage unit?

Usually storage facility office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Extended hours could be from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm or even 24 hours a day, giving storage tenants more access to their storage unit.

What is keypad access?

A keypad entrance storage facility will control who enters and exits the facility. The tenant is provided a personal gate code and prevents non renters from entering the gated property.

Just had a great phone experience dealing with my last-minute payment on the unit I’ve had for nearly 20 years…!! Much thanks to Asst Manager Alfredo for his excellent help & genial demeanor!!!! Got all payments taken care of by phone, thereby saving me 3hrs out of my day driving to the location to pay in person….!!! (60 miles round trip…!!) THANK YOU ALFREDO….!!!! This is such a great location! The front office people are very friendly and helpful. It was my first time using a storage space and the help line and front office made things so much smoother and fixed me up with a great deal. When I called about a mix up in payment, Jose was super kind and helped me right away. I definitely recommend this location especially for CSUN students and first timers, as it is only 7 minutes away from the dorms!
