This isn't my first time dealing with Ms. Cynthia, I met her for the first time when she worked at the Crenshaw and Coliseum Public Storage. She hasn't failed me yet, she is one of the friendliest people I have ever met, she is very knowledgeable about Public Storage and what they have to offer. She is fast and efficient and continues to do it all with a smile. I am glad that I am back with Public Storage and glad that I know Cynthia will be there to assist me if i need anything or have any questions. Good Job Ms. Cynthia and keep up the good work!!!!!

I happen to visit this facility in the middle of the Martin Luther King Day Parade... The storage facility associate Ms. Cynthia was pleasant and knowledgeable. Ms.Cynthia was helpful and informative. She advised me of the promotions as well as information about the facility. I saw first hand it appeared to be clean and orderly. It was nice to have a representative speak to me in a professional manner. Although I decided against renting a unit right now due to my husbands employment offer failure to come full circle. Should I need to rent a unit in the future. I will rent a unit from this facility...

The management staff is always cordial and very helpful. I am most impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of this facility.

I had a wonderful experience last Tuesday checking in at Public Storage. I was helped by a lovely clerk named Cynthia. She made check in easy and fun. She has a way about her that is no nonsense, but you feel at home with evreything. Nothing to feel nervous about and it was very quick! Glad I picked this location and PS, Cynthia is a keeper.
