Cheap Storage Units in Phoenix at 669 W Union Hills Dr

This is one of the best and friendliest storage units, that I have every rented from. All the staff are very informative, kind, and helpful in any questions that I have. The units are clean and well managed, the hours of operation are convenient and the gate hours are ideal. If you want to rent from them ask for Renee.

Modern, clean, well kept, all around nice looking facility. The staff is friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful. The staff is where it is at. My only negative comment would be directed at management in that after only about 6 months, they raised my rent by almost 20%. I found that to be very absorbent and unreasonable. I hope they don't pull that again any time soon! This is the only reason I give it 3 stars.

Public Storage is very clean, good location and reasonable pricing. I think Renee is great, she is very helpful and nice when I have any concerns or needs.

This is by far the best storage facility I have used before. Across the board they are the best: Price$$: I got an awesome special on my 1st month PLUS! They had the best monthly rates in the area. Staff: Professional, Friendly, and extremely helpful! They always go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of and have everything I need .The staff is efficient at returning my calls right away and that means a lot to me. Facility: Very well maintained and clean. has great lighting inside and out. A very convenient location; with lots of room so you don’t have a hard time with a trailer. I love the fact it is not over crowded; its always quite and inviting and I feel like my things are secure. You can definitely see the hard work and dedication that the staff has it shows. I am writing this review for the manager Renee not for Public Storage. Renee maintains a competent and professional demeanor in dealing with her customers, and the public. She is always courteous and very knowledgeable. She answers all of my questions promptly and accurately. Renee always follows through and finds the answes to your questions, and if she doesn't know them off hand, she will follow up and call you with an answer immediately. She is always has a smile on her face, and acknoledges you by name when you walk through the door. Renee also gives great suggestions. For examples purchasing locks from the store, and boxes for moving. Whatever I need Renee always has it on hand at the storage. It is very clean, and she provides a safe enviroment.
