Great service. Nice property. Highly recommend this location!! I was/am very pleased by the customer service Christina provided. She was very polite and beyond helpful….. I told Christina what all I needed to store and after looking at a couple of different size units, her suggestion was perfect! My stuff fits in that unit with just a little walking room to spare! I came to the location in the morning and that afternoon, was able to start moving my stuff in. Glad to be at Ray Road Public Storage!!!

I came into this location on Wednesday to look at an inside storage because I am moving in march & wanted to check out prices and see which size I needed to rent & was greeted by a very nice young lady named sabrena. She was very polite & answered all of my questions & showed me a few different storage spaces. She knew a lot about the way I could store my items & gave me two price quotes to take home. I was very pleased with her customer service & had a great time talking to her she made me feel very comfortable. I loved the fact that she explained everything in a way I could understand them better. The location was nice & seemed very well kept & I would feel very secure storing there I will be moving out of my home to move in with my husband and need the storage to hold things I won't be moving with me. I won't be moving until march 1st but I will be storing at this location because it will be just a cross the street from my home she gave me a list of options and her phn# to call when I am ready to rent in mid febuary. I wanted to give this review to say Thank you so much sabrena for all of ur help!! I'll be talking with you soon!!

We chose this location because of the great first month special and even after their rates are very reasonable; especially given that they are climate controlled. All of our belongings fit nicely into the space and we never had any problems accessing it. The carts they have on loan were very helpful as well. April at the front desk was great when we moved out. Employees like her are what makes people want to come back. Thanks April.
