Cheap Storage Units in Birmingham at 428 Commons Drive

This is my first time renting a storage units, and I found it to be painless. Miranda was great, very helpful and nice. I reserved the unit online and it only took about 15 minutes onsite to get everything squared away. I would definitely refer a friend to this location.

Great place, the elevator doors need to stay open longer in order to help with the move, but other than that, I can't complain!

Everyone was really friendly and helpful! Miranda showed me two different units on the same floor to help me decide which space best met my needs. Just a week later, Brenda called to make sure everything went well with my move and see if there was anything she could do to make the process easier for me! Aside from their attentiveness, everything was really clean, and I felt pretty safe going there over the weekend (despite it being in a secluded area). If I had to make one change, it would only be to drop the temperature to between 76-78 degrees instead of the 80 degree setting. It can be a little stifling when you're moving your things in and out. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with my choice and have no problem recommending this facility to others.

On yesterday I met with Jennifer and she was AWESOME. Very thoughtful and caring with helping me make a decision about my Aunt's storage needs. I have had a storage unit at this location for 3 years and have always had a pleasant experience with personnel. I was finally able to downsize from my original unit and, fortunately, a smaller one was available. I want to thank Miranda for all of the assistance that she gave me in making the transfer. Paperwork was handled with ease and there was a small "blip" on my account which she immediately researched and received assistance with handling. I appreciate being able to walk into the office and she recalled who I was, what my unit # was and what my needs were. I would gladly refer anyone to this location to handle their storage needs.
